Tiffany Gibby is currently focusing on her doctoral studies in early childhood education. Her research focus is on determining how best to serve early childhood teachers to reduce teacher burn out and high turnover rates in the early childhood field. She received her master’s degree in early childhood education and graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in the same field of study. Tiffany will continue to support early childhood professionals through education as a higher-education professor and state trainings. She is also a Georgia state-approved trainer. tagibby@liberty.edu
