How do I sign in to earn hours?
  • When you log in to the Zoom meeting through Sched, your name and email will be recorded. Zoom tracks the duration of your participation. Training approval requires that a participant attends the full session with no more than 15 minutes missed.

How do I evaluate a Session?

  • There is a “Feedback Survey” button on each session profile. Click that button and you will be re-directed to the survey form which will allow you to rate and leave comments about the session.

What do I do if my session gets cancelled?

  • We will notify you via email about the session’s cancellation. You will then have the opportunity to select another session to attend.

What if my audio or video isn’t working?

  • Call or text 404-222-0014 or email conference@gaeyc.net and someone will help you.

Where is the Zoom link for my session?
