Ashley Mitchell is born and raised in Atlanta, Ga.  She is currently an Inclusion Specialist with Bright from the Start. Her journey with DECAL started May of 2020. She has always had a passion for teaching children and adults. She has sixteen years of experience in Early Childhood education. She also has B.A in Early Childhood Administration. She has been a teacher, education coordinator, and a center director for Head Start. She loves working with children, teachers, and serving families in the communities around Georgia.
